Complete anonymity
We are the driving force behind you. We remain anonymous. We will even provide you with your own Personal Name servers (ns.yourdomain.com) at NO extra charge! (not applicable to 'Reseller Value' plan)

Communication
We strive to keep all customers informed. Where possible we will notify you in advance of any downtime and if any downtime has been experienced a full explanation will be given.

Reliability
Unlike other reseller providers we will not crowd lots of clients onto the servers. We provide a low client : server ratio. If the load on a server does rise - we will either upgrade the machine or bring in another machine to reduce the load.

Backups
We backup all the data on the server each night. These can be retrieved at no extra cost to you if the need arises. Unlike other hosts, we provide a daily, weekly and monthly backup of your data. Please note that all customers are responsible for the backup of their data, this service is for convenience only.

Emergencies
If an emergency does arise we have an admin paging facility which will page ALL admins, off duty or not to respond to your problem.
